Treasury Services’ Global Client Access delivers accessibility to leading cash management services via multiple electronic banking channels – online, host-to-host and mobile. J.P. Morgan ACCESS Online provides 25,000 corporate clients around the world with a corporate online banking portal ranked #1 by Greenwich Associates.

The Product Solutions Delivery Manager will be a key member of the team responsible for product enablement delivery programs and client facing tools and materials across all ACCESS channels provided by Global Client Access. The successful candidate will partner with the product teams, technology and the enablement team to own the overall development and delivery of information and insights into ACCESS channels

To be successful, the candidate must have a strong sense of ownership, a proven track record to execute quality and consistent deliverables, and successful collaborating with internal and external stakeholders and operational teams with the ability to communicate and escalate where appropriate.

Responsibilities:
• Client-facing sales support materials
• Sales tool (SalesHub) content management
• AFP/RFP proposal content management
• Sales demos development and management

Qualifications:
• Subject Matter Expertise – knowledge of Treasury Services products and clients
• Organization & Planning - proven ability to track and monitor multiple deliverables and give clarity and direction to all involved parties.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, excel, PowerPoint)
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite a plus but not required (Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash)
• Ability to cultivate relationships across lines of business
• Proven ability to exercise sound judgment
• Confidence to pitch fresh ideas, think creatively, and identify and solve problems
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Team player with enthusiastic attitude. Eager to learn, contribute, and make an impact.
