Job Description

CIB Business Support Manager, Paris
The role will support a broad scope of EMEA Business Support Management activity for the Paris location, reporting regionally to CIB EMEA Business Support Management and locally to the CFO, France.
 
Business Change Management
 
  • Responsibility for the coordination of all BCM activity across the Paris location.
  • As part of an EMEA focused centralised team, each Business Change Manager is aligned by LOB and region.  Primary responsibilities include: end-to-end management of on/off boarding process and monthly verification / validation processes (including visitors to the department/hot desk/hot office set-up)
  • Coordination of technology hardware, applications and market data through various internal JP Morgan systems (e.g. IBID, EURC, ePurchase etc) and in partnership with regional GTI support teams.
  • Various monthly audit and control procedures (technology related costs eg MDS, floor occupancy etc).
  • In partnership with local and London Internal Communications team, the individual will coordinate LOB communications, as and when needed
  • Work alongside regional BCOs in clean desk reviews across the Paris office
  • Locally manage the in-house drivers – T&E approvals
  • BCP – Administer the Business Continuity Process in the BRC role, alongside BM and BCOs.  Includes leading the call tree testing agenda, monitoring results and reporting back to the France CFO and EMEA BCP lead.
  • Participate in various LOB ad hoc projects: Productivity initiatives, Business Continuity Plans, Technology refreshes, Consecutive Leave Tracking, Internal Audit processes and reporting, Record Retention monitoring, Oversight & Control and Compliance reviews as required.
  • Act SME for the firm-wide TPO process and perform the location oversight function of the TPO process
  • Follow-up of supplies and archives
    • Office Depot and Iron Mountain (Access and commercial relationship); Assistance to Accutrac users; Archiving and supplies for GRE and GS
