As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients visiting JPMorgan. The main function of this job will be to meet and greet clients and ensure they are directed to the correct area within the bank, and that the relevant staff member is advised. An ancillary function will be assisting and giving direction to staff/contractors etc. As part of a larger reception team, the incumbent may be required to move to other buildings within the London campus to cover absences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact well with both internal and external clients.
  • Discretion and diplomacy.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional manner.
  • Prior receptionist experience desirable
