CIB Business Architecture and Transformation is a dedicated team of project and client facing resources focused on large scale change initiatives to address Industry, Client and Business requirements across the Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB). The group provides a unique mix of project skills and product experience that are not tied to a specific line of business enabling it to provide a consistent, high-quality and responsive approach to the way we manage and execute change across the firm.
Within the Business Architecture and Transformation Strategic Initiatives (BAT) the Market Infrastructure team is focused on identifying opportunities for operational efficiencies, market efficiencies and positive client impacts that are best realized through the deployment of external solutions. The team works with external infrastructure providers and other market participants to create industry agendas to satisfy market infrastructure opportunities, supports resulting industry programs and manages the integration of market infrastructure into JPMorgan.
The Market Infrastructure team has adopted a global operating model in sync with our business and operating units, with resources based in New York, London, Singapore, Hong Kong, Mumbai and Bangalore.
Reason for Recruitment
A new initiative to build out Collateral Market Infrastructure to support regulatory changes expected to begin in 2015 has come into the Market Infrastructure team which requires expansion in the team in the business analysis and testing space. The successful candidate will be integral to the project team and will provide both business analysis and testing functions for the team.
Develop and evolve plan with Senior Project Manager to deliver external Collateral Management Infrastructure.
Identify and maintain risks & issues and action plans, ensuring these are kept up to date and accurate.
Identify and manage dependencies between milestones internal and external to the team.
Maintain engagement with Cross CIB BA&T team to share information and identify relationships between programmes.
Document and maintain business case and benefits for external investment.
Represent JPM on external forums, provide requirements and coordinate with internal stakeholders for one of the project steams depending on experience (Client Onboarding, Data, Technology)
