About the Role and project:
 This role is to work in Investor services Technology as an expert QA Automation Engineer lead, based in Bangalore. You will participate in all facets of the test development cycle across IS portfolio, this includes design, analysis, development, coding, testing and documentation. You will partner closely with business partners and the broader technology team. You will ensure your work products adhere to coding, architectural, and security standards as defined throughout Investor services. A successful candidate must have relevant Java/web based application development & testing experience.
 Key Responsibilities:
 
•               Work with Product Owners and Business Customers to define Conditions of Satisfaction and Specifications with examples that are
 then used throughout the agile lifecycle to ensure requirements are met
•               Automation framework/ product development
•               Create Test Strategy and design, develop roadmap and work with the team to build automation suite using BDD concepts across
                all Global Alts verticals.
•               Develop and maintain agile automated testing for mission critical applications and components and develop and educate the
                scrum teams on test automation practices.
•               Work and promote automation methodology for Software QA
•               Full test lifecycle oversight, organizing unit testing for instance feedback and continuous integration, and larger functional cycles
                for integration and deployment testing.
•               Able to work independently.
•               Passion for learning new tools and techniques.
•               Ability to interact and communicate effectively with a wide variety of technical, functional and management staff.
•               Establishes standards and best practices 
 
 
Essentials:
 
•               14+ years of Overall Exp.
•               Back end automation / Product development experience (5+ years)
•               Excellent programming experience in Java, Spring, etc. (10+ years)
•               Experience on some or all tools Selenium web driver frameworks, Test Complete, Ranorex
•               Solid design, coding, testing and Continuous Integration skills using Jenkins, Sonar, Nexus etc.,
•               Knowledge of version and revision control practices, tools (SVN,Git,JIRA) and procedures
•               Good understanding on Data structures, designing data models, SQL/PL SQL queries
 
Desirable:
 
•               UNIX shell scripting
•               Product Development
•               Python scripting
Dev-Ops delivery model
•               Knowledge of performance testing concepts and tools like Load Runner & JMeter

•               Demonstrate Continual Improvement in terms of Individual Performance
•               Strong communication skills in English
•               Bright and enthusiastic, self-directed
