The Human Resources group designs, implements and manages our firm's policies and programs pertaining to global recruiting, learning and development, mobility, diversity, compensation, benefits and employee relations. Members of this group work together with business managers to attract, manage and retain top-quality people.
 
The Global Technology Functional Recruiting Team is looking for an experienced technology recruiter to support the ambitious growth of our cutting edge technology organization for a 1-2 yea project. The recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting experienced professionals for key opportunities across the firm building subject matter expertise in an aligned technology discipline.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Recruiting for Technology for the Buenos Aires Corporate Center at all levels up to VP.
  • Understand business needs and partner with hiring manager to understand staffing needs and strategy
  • Partner with HR Country heads and local HR teams
  • Define sourcing strategy, identifying the appropriate channels where to post roles
  • Drive the recruitment process end-to-end
  • Handle the relationship with external vendors
  • Prescreen and interview candidates and provide a strong slate of candidates, including diversity
  • Interact with clients, presenting candidates, dialogue on mobility and recruitment strategy
  • Prepare periodic status reports
  • Collect and consolidate interview feedback
  • Develop offer proposal and seek appropriate approvals
  • Guarantee the consistency of the process and that it is being followed
  • Respond to audit related issues
  • Minimum of 7 years as a Recruiter, with at least 5 years as a Technology Recruiter
  • Fluent written and verbal skills in English and Spanish
  • Undergraduate degree in Psychology or Business Administration, or other related degree
  • Capacity to source in the IT market, with a strong personal and professional network in this area
  • Communication & Presentation
  • Organizational skills
  • Negotiation skills in order to develop compensation
  • Interpersonal Relationship skills
  • Ability to operate in a large scale matrix reporting environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Demonstrates control and governance within the recruitment process.
  • Experience working with an applicant tracking system, preferably Taleo
  • Enthusiastic and passionate approach regarding technology recruiting
