Group Description

 

Corporate Real Estate (CRE) Lease Administration is accountable for managing payments for any rents due to landlord per the terms of a lease, Billing and collection of any rents owed by tenants per the terms of a lease, Depository of ownership and lease documents, and abstraction of all legal documents pertaining to leases, Vendor setup and maintenance, Processing of SNDA and Estoppels.

 

CRE Group is responsible for a gross global expense base of over $4B and a worldwide occupancy portfolio of 78 million square feet across 65 countries in over 6,500 properties.

 

Position Summary

 

·         Effectively manage Invoice Processing for a Lease Portfolio

·         Position requires consistent exercise of discretion and independent judgment in calculation of appropriate amounts to pay per lease agreements.

·         Process all landlord and vendor one-time payments related to Lease Administration.

·         Enter updated estimated recurring changes.

·         Calculate/enter monthly/quarterly real estate tax, operating, and insurance reconciliations.

·         Track, enter, partner with Corporate Accounts Payable for new vendor setup and update lease management system.

·         Preparing monthly lease administration productivity reports.

 

 

Qualifications / Desired Attributes

 

·         Financial Accounting knowledge is most important, with the ability to read and interpret financial statements.

·         Focus on service delivery / client satisfaction

·         Ability to clearly communicate and interpret financial data

·         Ability to interpret complex commercial lease language

·         Manage multiple priorities and time sensitive assessments

·         Good follow-up skills and proactive approach

·         Finance/Accounting degree required

·         3 - 4 years of experience desired

·         Flexible to work in EMEA shift; extended hours may be needed on a few critical business days
