The JPMorgan Chase Corporate Technology and Risk organization combines a wide range of controls and risk-related functions, helping to manage the full scope of technology risks and compliance issues. Core functions within the CTR organization include Oversight and Control, Operational Risk, Legal, e-Discovery, Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering, Global Identity and Access Management and IT Risk. In addition, CTR provides technology development and support for all JPMorgan Chase corporate sector businesses.
The Corporate Technology and Risk (CTR) Quality Assurance (QA) team is responsible for testing change delivery as well as implementing quality improvements to drive improvements in ‘time to market’ and ‘productivity’. The team also leads on controls compliance, measurement and reporting to all stakeholders and sponsors.
Test Analyst in collaboration with the other stakeholders devise the test objectives, test strategies and test plan within CTR QA. The successful candidate will be embedding a culture of reporting, quality assurance, process improvements and monitoring functions, using their experience to bring a best of breed approach to the QA function.
The ideal candidate will show the ability to work positively, effectively and decisively to deadlines and can demonstrate initiative, determination, flexibility, judgment and adaptability.
Support the successful delivery of the program portfolio by liaising with both internal and external stakeholders, forming a clearly defined communications plan, and owning meetings.
