Position Summary


This position is a Senior Associate level Business Management role supporting the APAC TS Client Service and Implementation Business head to drive strategic initiatives and financial goals of the Business. 


Responsibilities include;

  • Primary Business Manager for APAC Head of TS Client Service and Implementation (CS&I)

  • Provide proactive and tactical support to APAC CS&I Management Team

  • Assist the Business in driving CS&I strategy and priorities

  • Partner closely with regional APAC TS Business Management (BM) team to ensure that Sales, Product and CS&I priorities are aligned

  • Partner closely with global CS&I BM colleagues to ensure global consistency across CS&I

  • Project manage strategic initiatives and drive timely completion

  • Develop in-depth understanding of the business, systems and end to end flows

  • Identify opportunities for business and process improvements

  • Work with Technology to deliver CS&I investment priorities

  • Ensure accurate and valuable client analytics to help drive the business

  • Lead the CS&I planning, expense and allocation procedures

Specific Skills/ Experience Required

  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable facing off to senior management and the Business
  • Very good project management and organizational skills
  • Proactive, diligent and strong work ethic
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Minimum 7 years experience in the Banking industry
  • Previous knowledge of TS or Banking products/business is a plus
  • Previous experience in a Client Relationship role or an Operations management level role is a plus
