The HR Technology Platform & Planning Systems Application Developer Data Scientists will work on a team responsible for leveraging large quantities of HR related information to assist HR business partners, users and employees. The role implements statistical models and applies machine learning to create usable systems across the HR business landscape. The Data Analyst will be asked to work on a highly agile team, and deliver on a prioritized backlog based on business aligned value.
This role is responsible for expertise to drive solutions that meet HR business needs. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate proven leadership in enterprise testing, business analysis, client engagement, production operations, and the application of emerging technologies related to Big Data.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, data analytical & execution skills along with leadership, client and relationship management skills. The candidate must have proven successes in balancing long term visionary planning capabilities with the ability to create, practical, actionable plans that are coherent and understood by all stakeholders. Beyond excellent data and architecture skills, the ideal candidate will be an innovative, commercially inclined to create genuine business value through the alignment of technology, data and business interests.
