TS Sales Analyst

The Sales Analyst (SA) is responsible for providing support to Treasury Management Officers (TMOs), which will enable each party to effectively call, close and win deals.  The SA is the key liaison between the TMO and internal partners for the pre-call and product on-boarding process. Partners may include the Sales Consultant, product, implementations, and service to ensure a smooth transition from prospect to client. Additionally, the SA is able to navigate the organization and manage various requests due to his/her general product knowledge.

 

 Responsibilities

·         Call preparation; providing research on products, markets and/or clients

·         Assist Banker with reviews of account analysis statements and relationship review creation

·         Respond to issues related to the implementation of new products; escalate as appropriate.

·         Develop pricing pro forma and assist with proposal preparation, RFP response and presentation of product information

·         Primarily responsible for CKC entry for prospect tracking and deal reporting

·         Initiate and oversee the client on-boarding process for new and incremental product sales.

·         Respond to issues related to the implementation of new products; escalate as appropriate.

·         Work with service partners to ensure smooth handoff post product on-boarding

Qualifications:

·         Understanding of Treasury Services business model and client base preferred

·         Knowledge of Treasury Services credit process, treasury products and pricing philosophy preferred

·         College degree preferred or equivalent work experience

·         Strong oral and written communication skills

·         Strong time management, organizational and planning skills

·         Strong creative solution and analytical skills

·         Ability to perform in a high pressure, team environment

·         Strong interpersonal skills; ability to partner with internal partners and leverage internal resources

·         Ability to use various PC and internet applications and tools to support the sales process
