Job Description – CIB Operations – Account Services
As an Account Service Specialist you will monitor, analyze, and process client documentation via numerous proprietary and vendor systems.  You will facilitate the accurate and timely account maintenance of JPMorgan Clearing Corp brokerage accounts.  Account Service specialists perform the following responsibilities:
  • Ensure Account Services team is functioning at or above SLA targets.  Ensure team is accurately completing tasks. 
  • Assist manager with adhoc metrics and projects
  • Assist with weekly metrics reporting that will build out consistent, standardized metrics across Account Services
  • Work on Documentation review and Legal queues within Workflow
  • Assist in covering inquiry inbox
  • Run FDNA reports to ensure all prior day name and address changes are done correctly w/ proper documentation
  • Collect daily samples of Broadridge approved documents
  • Required to master the complexities of account service documentation as well as gain a solid understanding of the business model and infrastructure.
  • Interact daily with broker dealers, client service representatives, internal operations and technology teams
  • Act as liaison with strategic third party vendor, Broadridge.
Must be controlled and detail orientated.  Must be able to analyze complex and ambiguous issues and recommend creative solutions.

   

Qualifications
  • Ability to work in a fast paced deadline driven environment
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Advanced analytical skills required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required
  • Strong PC skills (Excel, Word, Access, Powerpoint, Internet)
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Overtime required
  • Series 99 license must be obtained within 90 days
