Roles & Responsibilities - includes specific functions/ tasks/ performance objectives
The Multibanking Co-coordinator & TSG Processing specialist will be primarily responsible for executing the task assigned in the group which would include, though not exhaustive, setting up  Replines on the system, monitoring work queues, assigning and allocating work queues, maintaining work log, investigating exceptions/ information required, Liaising with external client to  investigate any queries regd Multibanking Solution etc. On a daily basis, the role involves a in depth and thorough analysis of set up requests received and requests across the Multibank Solutions received from the Client followed by working with differing internal and external stakeholders to ensuring appropriate solutioning and communication.  The individual needs to be able to provide sound direction on the actions needed for timely resolution, followups and escalation, when appropriate.  In addition daily review involves extensive investigation on a transaction, query and ageing level.  The individual is required to be able to communicate with external clients regd their queries and ensure apt conclusion. Any urgent  requests will require immediate action in order to facilitate clearance, particularly, during peak periods and BAU projects undertaken by the team.  This role also has responsibility to prepare a variety of daily, weekly and monthly reports, open item management, monthly metric reporting, accounts, ageing and volume and exposure management reporting.
  • Bachelor's degree (accounting or finance preferred)
  • 0-3 years experience in a bank operations environment with direct exposure to accounting or equivalent college level course work, plus three years business experience in an accounting/Client servicing operations environment.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and finance with emphasis on balance sheet and operational proof and controls functions, with proven ability to manage volumes and details when working with figures. Demonstrated analytical skills and attention to details, highly organized and deadline oriented, are strengths.
  • High Level of Client centricity, sound communication and Solution orientation
  • Excellent PC skills, proficient with MS Office suite of products, particularly MS Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications, as well as interpersonal skills.
  • Assertiveness to ask questions and pursue open issues until resolution in a positive and professional manner.
  • Proven ability to respond within short time constraints and meet deadlines, while maintaining accuracy and being able to handle multiple priorities.
  • Ability to adapt to a very fast pace and changing environment.
  • Ability to access and process information and work either with minimal or no supervision.
  • Ability to work within a global team environment, spanning several regions, and time zones.
  • Knowledge of JPMC finance applications, foreign exchange, credit exposure reporting, is preferred and a definite plus.
  • Knowledge and experience of SWIFT products is preferred.
  • An agreed process for escalation to donor site will be developed; the incumbent will need to display strong verbal and written communication skills.
