Our Team
 

The J.P. Morgan (Suisse) SA Legal Entity Controller Team (JPMS LEC) is part of the Finance Department. The aim of JPMS LEC is to ensure the oversight and integrity of the financial statement, maintain its high level of expertise in local & international regulations (i.e. Basel Committee), taxes (VAT, Income Tax, etc...), and continue to provide added value through financial presentations to Senior Management locally and in NY.

 
The Role
  • Preparing Pre-close revenue forecast (ROCC) to be provided to senior management in Private Bank New York for JPMS.
  • Responsible for Intercompany Break resolution at JPMS Legal entity level.
  • In charge of the End of Month Closing coordination for JPMS
  • In charge of the liaison between JPMS LEC Team and Global Treasury (GT).
  • Responsible for GT posting in Olympic General Ledger, including Post Close Adjustments.
  • Prepare US and Local Regulatory Reporting on interest rate risk and liquidity for JPMS Legal Entity.
  • Perform Corporate Tax calculation (Income Tax) and involved in VAT matters
  • Prepare the monthly Swiss Privileged Deposit Calculation.
  • In charge of the Global Controller Documentation Standards for JPMS LEC

Requirements

 
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Banking or in Financial services of a Big Four audit firm
  • Accounting or Financial degree
  • Good knowledge in banking and investment products
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Strong team-player and multi-tasker able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Good Excel/Access skills required
  • Fluent in French and English
