Risk & Finance Technology (RFT) builds and supports the firm's financial

Infrastructure to ensure Finance professionals have access to the tools and information necessary to drive success.  In partnership with Global Finance Operations (GFO), Global Technology Infrastructure (GTI) and others, we deliver solutions that meet the requirements of our key clients - the JPMorgan Chase CFO and Corporate Finance Organizations, as well as all line of business CFO teams.

   

This specific role is within the Global Supplier Services Technology organization building a next generation Third Party Oversight Risk Management platform based on state of the art technologies using BPM (Business Process Management)/Pega. As a senior application developer, you are responsible for application design, development and unit testing of critical components. Lead the developer and junior developers providing the thought leadership and design/ development expertise reporting to an application development manager.
 
Responsibilities
  • Works with BAs and Integration Testing team to ensure quality code that meets the functional requirements
  • Develops effective, maintainable code
  • Lead a team of developers and junior developers
  • Follow established coding standards and techniques, assists with establishing standards
  • Develop unit test cases to validate defect-free code
  • Involved in integrating on-shore and off-shore code
  • Sound knowledge of the SDLC process
  • Must have a clear concept around following PRPC design and implementation.
  • Must possess the ability to work and research/resolve issues independently while sharing best practices and knowledge with the team.  
  • 8 to 12 years of experience in IT 
  • 6+ years of Pega/PRPC Development experience
  • Must have Pega PRPC 6.x, 7.x,  HTML 5, JavaScript Skills.

  • Must have the ability to work in a complex data environment as well as the ability to partner with the business and IT to find creative data solutions to business problems
  • Must possess the ability to work and research/resolve issues independently while sharing best practices and knowledge with colleagues and team members
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with technical, non-technical, and business members of the organization
