The Client Reference Data group within Risk & Finance Technology is looking to recruit a high caliber L3 Technical Support Analyst to work on the strategic Customer Due Diligence application. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background with current Oracle database skills. They will be expected to apply these talents to maintain and tune the platform while supporting a global user base.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a track record of delivery in complex fast moving environments. Excellent communication skills will be vital as the successful candidate will be required to partner with end users and various technical teams across the globe in identifying and resolving problems with the platform.
