Global Investment Management, Executive Secretary to Senior Manager, Taiwan

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced secretary to provide administrative support to senior manager of Global Investment Management in Taiwan.  
Major responsibilities: 
  • Calendar management and related logistics such as booking conference rooms, audio visual equipment, documentation, meeting scheduling etc 
  • Expense management, keep track of invoices and processing of expense claims and related record-keeping
  • Coordinate with relevant parties on travel arrangements
  • Organize and coordinate special events or meetings
  • Personnel management of receptionists
  • Handling phone calls
  • Providing general support including preparing presentation materials and maintaining/filing documents, booking meeting rooms, stationery re-ordering, typing, filing, mail etc
  • Assisting in ad-hoc support or requests whenever required
  • Tertiary educated with bachelor degree or above
  • A minimum of 8 years secretarial and administrative experience with demonstrated capability to work in an extremely fast paced and highly demanding environment
  • Experience in a financial industry would be a plus
  • Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in English is a must
  • Strong Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word and Powerpoint) and Outlook capabilities         
  • Possess excellent organizational and communication skills
