CIB Operations: Regulatory reporting and Funding

Job Description

  • Preparation of Medium and low risk regulatory reports, reconciliation and submission to regulator.
  • Preparing & dissemination of Internal MIS to relevant stake holders
  • Trade support responsibility of a portfolio, Counterparty, dealer code & other reference data.
  • Daily monitoring of TLM (Nostro Reconciliation) break and circulating MIS with outstanding items with aging
  • Preparing the regional KPI reports
  • Supporting Middle office functions for rate/curve & Price update.
  • To take responsibility of maintaining & providing the highest quality data to audit, timely & satisfactory resolution of audit queries to ensure that Audit report issued on time.
  •  Co-ordination with other operation, trade support, finance team.
  • Establishing effective partnerships with teams in several areas of the bank in different capacities
  • To follow best practice and procedure to ensure no control breaches
  • Reviewing & Updating Standard Operating process Note
  • Verification of the Money market deals on the basis of source document
  • Generating and tracking Money market deal call receipt (Confirmation)
  • Predicating the cash flow in QLM system ( Liquidity management system)
  • Supporting Liquidity trader for the maintaining required cash balance as per regulation
  • Performing start of day, intra day & end of day liquidity balance confirmation with expected balance as per trader, and investigation in case of exception.
  • Monitoring & tracking of all actual inflow/ outflows vis-à-vis prediction and highlight in case of exceptions
  • Performing the three way reconciliation of Blotter balance v/s Actual Nostro balance v/s General ledger.
  • Sending intimation for Extra credit & debit of flow to respective ops team and tracking the same.
  • Managing the Audit activities which involves the data submission, resolution queries etc.

 

  • University degree, preferably with master degree.
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Good Bank & NBFC regulatory Knowledge
  • Strong ability to identify problems and propose solutions and good product knowledge
  • Exhibits initiative to raise issues to appropriate staff when needed
  • Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to accept new assignments and challenges in a rapidly changing environment
  • Good communication and relationship/partnership-building skills both with team members as well as other business partners and clients.
