The Implementation team is responsible for the end to end client onboarding process once the mandate has been received. The team will aim to provide a seamless experience by having ownership for the overall project milestones which include, scoping, documentation, setups, testing and post-implementation activities. This team is also responsible for delivery of Treasury Services electronic banking platforms to clients as part of the onboarding process which encompasses solutioning of electronic banking products, training and support.
Success of client onboarding will be through close co-ordination with the supporting deal team(s) and build/maintain close working relationships with business partners in Sales, Product, Operations, Technology and Client Service.
This position requires the individual to have management oversight of the in-country implementation team and also have the expertise to lead and implement some of the top complex clients in the country.
