CEM Application Support Analyst FX Athena - Associate

Job Description

The candidate will join the FX Production Management and be part of a team of technologists in charge of supporting the FX Athena in AP. This is a hands-on, business-focused role.
  • First line of contact for all FX Athena tools for the users in AP.
  • Support for the entire Athena stack of applications during Asia business hours.
  • Athena xLOB agenda. Together with the rest Athena community in the region, define the support procedures for Athena that will be shared by different teams and LOB, reuse tools and build support tools where applicable.
  • Problem and incident management.
  • Incident review.
  • Trend analysis.
  • Proactive capacity and resiliency planning and execution.
  • Helping to drive continuous improvement within the team as it relates to incident, problem and change management excellence. Understanding the impact of change in a complex technical environment.
  • Providing technical assistance and coordination during production incidents. Escalating and logging tickets, identifies, diagnoses, and resolves functional and technical problems and business critical incidents through research and analysis of trends, root causes, and business impact.
  • Drive automation.
  • Support and monitoring of the STP feeds.
  • Oversight of the Athena batch.
  • Plan and implementation the business expansion: add new curves, new products, etc
  • There will be some projects work normally related to doing support improvements, and it will involve coding in Athena/Python.
  • Debugging and small bug fixes.
  • Participate in technical global forums.
  • Frequent communications with global teams to stay on top of application issues and changes.
  • Working with project delivery teams to ensure the quality of deliverables into production.
  • Proven track record in application support
  • Business knowledge in Rates products.
  • Strong business partnership, especially with FO users.
  • Athena application knowledge
  • Establishes working relationships with development team.

Essential Technical Skills: Object oriented programing


Preferable Technical Skills: Python, C++ and/or Java


Experience Required: 4 years of work experience
