This position is responsible for supporting the Investment Management Hong Kong line of business. Job responsibilities include legal entity month-end close, pre-and post-close variance analysis, preparing general ledger journal entries, account reconciliations, general ledger chart of account support and assist in ad hoc projects.
In addition, this role is responsible for international transfer pricing which include updating the intercompany revenue share document in SPARC, reconciliation of data for R&R view and communication with international counterparties.


  • Handle month end closing

  • Perform analytical review of financial results

  • Liaise with external auditors for  interim and annual audits

  • Prepare annual financial statements and tax returns

  • Prepare monthly Financial Resources Return

  • Compile business MIS

  • Maintain the account reference data and various agreements under the global platforms  

  • Assist in ad-hoc business requests and projects

  • Provide guidance to sub-ordinates in daily operation

  • Assist to review and improve the work processes

We are looking for a dynamic, efficient and detail minded team- member to handle the day to day production, analysis, validation and publication of the financial information. The ideal candidate is a skilled professional with strong analytical skills, who is excited to work in a fast -placed global environment.



  • Degree holder in Finance/Accounting

  • Qualified accountant with more than 3 years post qualified experience in international audit firms or financial institutions

  • Familiar with IFRS/HK Accounting Standards

  • Strong business sense

  • Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese and English

  • Experience in handling local regulatory and tax returns will be an advantage

  • Knowledge in Oracle applications and/or hands on experience in Excel Macro and Microsoft Access would be a plus

  • Excellent analytical and communication skills

  • Mature, independent, self motivated, able to work under pressure and drive changes

  • Be creative, ready to think outside the box and add input to improving existing workflows

  • Positive attitude and a good team player
