  •  Provide leadership, guidance and support to a team of 12 to 13 non-exempt Senior Specialists 
  •  Responsible for meeting and exceeding company standards for productivity, quality, turn times and internal customer satisfaction
  •  Develop skills of subordinates through goal-setting, delegation, training, counseling and performance management
  • Manage, coordinate and direct the daily operations by monitoring and setting workflow priorities, ensuring new procedures are cascaded timely, handling exception and escalated items, resolve complex issues

Must meet minimum IJP Requirements
At least 12 months in current job and process
Latest Performance Management Central (PMC) rating of at least Meets Expectations
Not within the prescriptive period for attendance and/or  behavioral- related corrective action (written warning and above).
Not  in any Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) at the time of application and prior movement to the role
Minimum skills and qualifications should be met as stated in the job posting

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Must have knowledge of consumer loan products, operations policy, title products, regulatory compliance
  • Experience in quality, operations, loan decisions and / or loan processing in mortgage industry is helpful
  • Excellent ability to work in a high pressure and fast paced environment with multi-tasking skills to effectively meet deadlines
  • Excellent analytical and decision making skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and supervisory skills
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to follow complex methods and procedures
  • Ability to motivate, coach and develop team members for performance improvement
  • Ability to utilize computer skills in a Microsoft Office environment
  • Flexible and willing to work on rotating shifts monthly (night and day including Saturdays)
