Description Update

The responsibilities of Loan Support include daily maintance of a process within Mortgage Banking.  Loan Support will perform multiple functions depending on the needs of the business including, but not limited to, data entry, providing customer support for fellow Mortgage Banking employees, review mortgage files to ensure complete and accurate files, contacting internals and external partners to obtain required information  needed to complete a file or correct an error, perform extensive research to gather information needed to complete a mortgage file.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Data Entry

Daily process maintenance & process improvement

Project Support including information gathering, report production, routine updates of project plan data

 

Knowledge and Experience

2 years mortgage experience preferred.

Proficient using MS Word and MS Excel

Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills including ability to communicate with all levels of management and staff

Strong customer service/phone skills

Demonstrated ability to problem solve as issues arise

Ability to work independently meet deadlines in a multi-tasking and multi-platform environment
