CIB-Disbursements Client Facing Product Manager-VP-NY

Job Description

Business Unit:  The NA Payables Product team delivers solutions to our clients that allow them to streamline and electronify their Payables and Receivables operations.  The client facing Disbursement Product Manager assists Treasury Services Sales achieve their revenue goals by providing sales support for core cash solutions and products.  The client facing Product Manager functions as a subject matter expert for a set of products and supports Sales Teams with client needs identification, solution recommendations, pricing, client presentations, demonstrations, and RFP support.
The position also functions as a liaison between Product Management and Sales, keeping Sales up-to-date on the products, while providing regular feedback to Product around new client requirements, competitive information, etc.  Most importantly, the position functions as an advocate for their products with the Sales Teams, continually looking for ways to make it easier for sales to identify revenue opportunities and sell their products successfully.
  • 3+ years of Treasury Services product and/or sales experience
  • Experience with payables/channel products including check disbursements, ACH, wires, ACCESS, Host to Host, FX, and fraud prevention tools
  • Proven ability to problem solve and communicate complex information in a clear, concise manner
  • Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with people at varying levels inside and outside the Firm
  • Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and with clients in a decentralized and wide geographic environment
  • Demonstrated self-starter
