As a Treasury Sales Client Coverage Manager, you will identify, plan, and implement strategies for client growth, cross selling and retention. You will cultivate strong relationships with the clients across all portfolios (e.g., commercial card, core cash and liquidity) and work with internal partners to resolve product and service issues. The incumbent in this position will have demonstrated proficiency portfolio management, an ability to translate client issues into solutions, and a full knowledge of the product line and its applications or relevant experience in other related lines of business along with clear quantifiable success.
Establishes plans for maintaining major account relationships and meeting sales targets/goals within the portfolio. Establishes and builds strong client relationships over time that allows for continuity and ongoing representation reinforced by sales support/delivery programs, and communicates to other relevant company functions/divisions. Participates, with other account managers and sales management, in development of sales strategies for accounts; helps identify target accounts and opportunities within the framework of the organization-wide sales strategy. Responsible for growth targets for assigned portfolio. Responsible for maintaining satisfactory customer satisfaction levels for all accounts in assigned portfolio. Monitors competitor activity in each account and ensures that appropriate response strategies are formulated and communicated.
·5-10 years of experience in sales or client account management within Electronic Payment Card, Commercial Card and/or Core Cash Management
·Experience with Federal Government programs a plus
·Excellent communication and consultative selling skills; in depth industry knowledge and the ability to work on cross functional teams.
·Ability to work independently with little professional guidance
·Demonstrated ability to innovate, problem solve and drive quantifiable results
·Proven client coverage skills
