Job Description

CMS  Representatives answer high volumes of incoming telephone calls from credit card holders who call about servicing their account. They also assist with taking inbound calls from the merchant, merchant centers and branches with the purpose of detecting fraud or providing authorizations at the point of sale. This responsibility includes interviewing the customer at the point of sale (the interview is brief and conducted via phone) and verifying their security information and account activity.
Each team member is responsible for achieving specific performance standards that include team and individual performance factors such as quality and average handle time.

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure, target driven environment; ability to multi-task
  • Excellent computer navigation skills, ability to maneuver through multiple systems
  • Flexibility to work shifting schedules, on holidays and for extended hours
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Previous experience in a high volume customer focused environment is preferred
  • Enthusiastic, positive approach to customer interactions
  • Sound judgment and quick decision making skills
  • Previous Visa/Master Card call center experience is a plus
