KYC Business Analyst - Commercial Banking | Arlington, TX or Columbus, OH

Job Description

The Commercial Banking Know Your Customer (KYC) Operations team is seeking a highly motivated, team oriented KYC Business Analyst.  This position reports to the KYC Manager with the primary focus of UAT testing and technical writing associated with application changes.  This position will include interfacing with members of the Commercial Bank relationship teams across the nation, as well as serving as an escalation point for KYC operational issues. Additionally, the KYC Business Analyst will engage in other projects and initiatives related to KYC.  

Responsibilities:

• User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and technical writing associated with application changes

• Participating in day to day activities related to KYC access and administration

• Assisting in data gathering for KYC Training Programs   

• Supporting Commercial Banking partners with respect to KYC Operations

• Maintaining reporting metrics and follow-up, as appropriate

• Managing multiple deadlines in a fast paced environment

• Identifying ongoing training needs and process improvement ideas

Qualifications:
  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years related banking, compliance, or operations
  • Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Knowledge and experience with Lotus Notes and/or Domino applications preferred
  • Knowledge and understanding of Commercial Banking business model and client base
  • KYC knowledge and experience, a plus
  • Independent, self-motivated and a team player
  • Project management skills/experience, a plus
  • Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management, organizational, planning and follow-up skills; ability to multi-task effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to partner with internal partners and leverage internal resources
  • Adaptive flexibility in a changing regulatory environment is a must
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to use various PC and internet applications and tools to support the KYC process
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Adobe Professional
