Recruitment Coordinator

Job Description

  • Serve as Reporting/Business Analyst within the Asset Management Human Resources Compensation and Metrics team, responsible for supporting various global projects related to the reporting needs of the dynamic and evolving Asset Management businesses.

  • Ensure that project deliverables fulfill the business needs including documentation of business requirements, validation of deliverables to meet those requirements and devising the mechanisms to build and test the solution.

  • Work in close partnership with the various members of HR across multiple HR disciplines both within AM and across other LOBs at all levels.

  • Provide support in establishing operational processes, building the delivery mechanism and information in a concise manner and re-evaluate periodically to ensure efficiency.

  • Compile, analyze and interpret information, providing insights to trends in the data to support HR needs within client groups often within very short timeframes with little direction.

  • Complete monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reporting and data analysis focusing on headcount, diversity, attrition, and compensation, leveraging past practices to build more consistent and regular reporting based on emerging trends and changes in the industry.

  • Work closely with the Compensation team during year-end to deliver reporting and analysis to managers, ensuring overall spending is within funding guidelines.

  • Actively participate in the development, modification and delivery of all reporting needs to the AM Global HR team and their clients (such as dashboards and scorecards), balancing analytical needs of the clients with operational efficiency and accuracy of information.

  • Discuss requirements with clients/end-users, and analyze feasibility of proposals, actively listening to issues and coming up with create solutions to meet client needs. Generate ideas to improve project processes and the final product as well as providing recommendations for possible solutions to reported issues. Review business requirements documentation and provide feedback based on the business suitability from a risk, cost, benefit and design perspective. Ensure that users have all necessary information/documentation to facilitate adequate testing, training and timely implementation of new processes and procedures.

  • Part of firmwide salary project to review firmwide salary proposal – involves running analysis and preparing decks for senior management to study our current state, and modelling different scenarios to help drive decisions.

  • Facilitate the bonus accrual process by maintaining employee data in our compensation system, running reports to account for employee headcount movements, and liaise with finance and corporate to produce a report for senior management.

  • Leading a firmwide project to automate the bonus accrual process so that it can be run centrally for each LOB within JPM – involves leading discussions with LOB counterparts to agree on consistent definitions and processes, partnering with technology to build the solution, and presenting updates to senior management to ensure their expectations are managed.

  • At least one year customer service experience required
  • At least one year in a Human Resources environment preferred
  • Ability to address, respond, and follow-up with client needs
  • Strong administrative, interpersonal, and communication skills required
  • Experience sourcing, screening, assessing, recruiting, and hiring candidates a plus
  • Proven written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with particular emphasis on Excel and Word
  • PeopleSoft experience preferred
  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • Adaptability and flexibility required
  • Client focus and teamwork required
  • Experience handling sensitive/confidential information a must
