The Talent Program Manager for the Treasury Sales Associate Program will report to the Commercial Banking Industry Solutions Treasury Services Sales Executive. The role is charged to refine and lead the Commercial Banking Treasury Solutions Associate/Analyst program.  This program has a population of 80+ Associate/Analysts.

 

The goal of the program is to attract, onboard, integrate, train and retain a pipeline of high potential talent for placement into field sales roles.  The role will interface and build relationships across Commercial Bank Treasury Leadership Team, Recruiting, Human Resource and Training.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight, including dotted and direct line responsibility for Sales Associate/Analyst population in Commercial Bank Treasury Sales
  • Establish and maintain talent management and development program for the Treasury Associate/Analyst population
    • Selection criteria
    • Onboarding
    • Standardized training; sales, product, executive presence, systems and business writing
    • Standardized career path
    • Mentorship programs
  • Build and deliver onboarding and standardized training for the various Associate/Analyst job  categories and functions 
  • Day to day matrix management of Associate and Analyst population to drive best in class delivery of support for Treasury sales processes, including proposals, projects, implementation requests and relationship reviews 
  • Interface with Treasury Leadership, Human Resources, and Recruiting to project staffing levels/workforce planning based on growth and expansion of the business; into the program and out of the program 
  • Create and Deliver training for CB TS Sales Organization in conjunction with Learning and Delivery team 
  • Establish and drive change and process management – Impact assessment, documentation, communication, implementation of program changes 
  • Evangelize The TS Sales Associate/Analyst Talent program both internally and externally 
  • Oversee the representative of CB TS Sales on CB TS Sales Process and Procedures Committee 
  • At an enterprise level, represent Commercial Bank Treasury to; minimize business impact and ensure high-quality client experience resulting from changes in;
    • Risk agenda; Regulatory, Operating, Reputational, Fraud and Operating losses
    • Business process and technology; data and processing quality 
  • Planning and adjusting control environment for the tactical and logistical requirements of growth and expansion of the business
Requirements 
  • Strong Treasury Services experience with clients of parallel scale and scope; C&I, Commercial Real Estate customers with $20million to $2 Billion in revenues 
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of Treasury Services products, strategies, and the current regulatory landscape 
  • Strong executive presence and ability to build relationships, influence, communicate and negotiate effectively at all levels across a variety of businesses 
  • Understanding of employee life cycle; Recruiting, Training, Career path development 
  • Direct experience mentoring and managing a remote matrix reporting team 
  • Understanding of emerging training trends and technologies  
  • Diverse problem-solving experience ability to analyze problems, apply quantitative analytical approaches 
  • Openness to an environment of active developmental feedback to and from peers 
  • Excellent and efficient skills using MS Excel and PowerPoint tools including PitchPro 
  • Four-year college degree
