Commercial Banking Technology – Executive Administrative Assistant

Job Description

The Commercial Banking Technology Business Executive Administrative Assistant will provide day-to-day support to the Applications Infrastructure & Operations team.
 
Areas of focus include:
  • Own team staff meeting agenda and drive accountability for completion of actions
  • Own logistics for key events as well as sessions with partner teams and clients
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative support for team where required
  • Staff on-boarding / off-boarding
  • Out-of-office coverage planning
  • Own team’s real-estate related actions
  • Help pull together ad-hoc reporting as needed
  • Track resource utilization and allocation against priorities and initiatives
  • Assist managing queue and tracking of incoming requests for team’s services
  • Assist managing travel requests to ensure adherence to budget
  • Assist in creating and enhancing client and partner presentations
  • Site point of contact (Jersey City)
 
A successful candidate will be able to comfortably communicate (both verbal and written) with our team, partners and clients. The candidate should also exhibit the following behaviors and be able to recollect past successes within each for these themes:

  • 5+ years of related experience with Business Management or as an Executive Administrative Assistant
  • Highly Organized  
  • Strong planning and coordination abilities
  • Exceptional attention to detail, follow-through and results orientation
  • Proven ability to navigate through structured challenges
  • Ability to successfully multi-task and prioritize across assigned projects and core responsibilities
  • Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills
  • Microsoft Office Expertise (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), Outlook, SharePoint, Concur
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability and desire to work in a team environment
