As an Operations Senior Specialist II, you will be responsible for review and/or reprocessing of monetary adjustment requests according to bank/department policy. Daily review of monetary processes which include adjustments from GUI’s, C3 platform, GCS queues, CM Corrections and Health Checks. Using internal user interface, C3, Excel and other applications to take action on accounts and track/report actions taken.
May interact on a problem-solving basis with peers and team members to modify basic system processes, procedures and accommodate new needs. With coaching and development from supervisor, uses some judgment to develop new reports, generate existing reports and analyze data. Primarily guided by manager and by procedure and policy, determines which variances are elevated to management. Completion of other work related activities at manager’s request. Performs a variety of tasks and recognized as Subject Matter Expert relative to specific functions within department
