Our Business Area
The firm’s Human Resources teams work hand-in-hand with the business on strategy development, planning and project management. By aligning with business goals, the Human Resources team can ensure that the firm receives the support it needs to manage the talent that is so critical to its success.
Human Resources drives the firm’s industry-leading performance management, training and development, recruiting and diversity initiatives around the globe. Our employees play a key role in growing the firm and its profits, so it is the job of Human Resources to ensure we have the best tools in place to develop strong performers and retain top talent.
Our program is designed to develop entry-level professionals and prepare them for Human Resources careers at the firm. The full-time Analysts supporting Human Resources have the opportunity to work with top professionals at the heart of a leading financial services company in Manila. Over a two-year period, the Human Resources program provides a unique combination of facilitated, self-paced and on-the job training and development opportunities, with the addition of real-world business experience. While receiving hands-on learning experience, mentoring, feedback and numerous development opportunities, you will have a direct impact on the business and build a strong career foundation in Human Resources.
As a Human Resources Analyst, you will be rotated to different areas in an HR Business Partner and Service Delivery role, in addition to specialist functions such as Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, Diversity, or Learning & Development. Upon completing the program, Analysts will have the knowledge and skills needed to advance their careers within the firm. Post-program, Analysts stay with a specific role or transfer throughout the firm as opportunities arise.
Training and Development
As an Analyst, you will begin your career with a multi-week induction training program that provides important foundation knowledge on the firm and businesses, Financial Markets, Excel plus soft skills training and networking events. The ongoing program experience is strategic and robust and includes:
• Periodic professional skills and leadership training
• HR specific training
• Analyst-aligned Program Manager who provides career development support & guidance
