TS Client Service Implementation Team

The EMEA Implementation Team is responsible for the on-boarding of all core cash management business for TS clients in our region. A critical part of the process relies on effective working relationships between Implementations, Sales, Product & Client Service. In addition, we work closely with a variety of internal functional partners in order to ensure seamless end to end service delivery. We manage the implementation process for a wide range of client sectors, using a tried and tested methodology to deliver a high quality client experience, while speeding revenue into the bank.

Essential Functions:
• To act as the single point of contact for the client during implementation and to coordinate internally with all teams involved in the setups.
• To pro-actively coordinate all activities across JPMorgan disciplines and geographies as required, providing guidance to the client with respect to the outstanding tasks and their role within the implementation process.
• To update projects ensuring accurate tracking through management reports on a weekly/monthly basis.
• To closely monitor cycle times for all product setups seeking to shorten each process.
• To provide support to team colleagues as required.
• To drive process improvements working closely with the team and functional partners to continually improve the client on-boarding process.
• To hold regular client meetings/calls, ensuring all parties are aware of project progress at all times.
• To provide ad-hoc support and feedback to the Product Management team based on awareness of trends spotted in the market as well as on a 'deal-specific' basis.
• Where required, to act as part of the sales pitch, demonstrating project expertise as part of the proposal.
Note: Language skills desirable but not essential (French, Spanish, Italian & particularly German) but equally we would be open to receiving applications from strong candidates with the right skill set to perform the role and therefore have decided not to make language skills a mandatory requirement for applicants on this occasion.

Required Skills:
• Candidate must be able to demonstrate a high level of Organisation and prioritisation skills
• Must have a proactive and flexible approach
• Successful candidate must be an excellent team player

Preferred Skills:
• Presentation, negotiation and communication skills
• Experience in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, Power Point, Visio etc.
• Experience in project management
• Knowledge of TS Products and Service
• Language skills desirable (particularly German, French, Spanish, Italian)

Additional Information:
Occasional travel may be required

All internal moves will normally take place on the same grade and same salary. Salaries are reviewed annually in February. Exceptions to the rule regarding transfer on current salary may include a move between geographic locations.
