Job Description

We are actively seeking a Program Manager within Mortgage Originations Customer Experience to direct and manage large and complex programs and projects across the Mortgage organization. In this role, the individual will have the unique and challenging opportunity to influence critical initiatives that impact our customer's experience with Chase Mortgage.
Key Responsibilities

    Monitor customer experience project plans, critical dependencies, and delivery progress on an ongoing basis
    Manage and drive project agenda and communication with the project working teams, across Sales, Operations, Underwriting and other key stakeholders
    Oversee the development, testing and migration from an external customer reporting software application to an internal measurement and reporting tool
    Manage two customer experience suppliers and project schedules to ensure programs stays on track. This includes: Data file quality monitoring, Contract and Service Level Agreement (SLA) management, external benchmarking and ongoing risk/controls/cyber security assessments. Also includes developing a stable and permanent data file transmission process between Mortgage Banking MIS and suppliers.

 Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent work experience and minimum 4+ years of experience in information technology and/or Business Operations
    Working knowledge of the Mortgage industry and/or Information Technology strongly preferred
    Extensive experience establishing and managing to project plans and key milestone dates
    Strong written and oral communication skills
    Excellent judgment and decision making
    Flexible, process-oriented, organized, with excellent analytical & troubleshooting skills
    Formal project management training and PMP Certification is preferred
    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite is required
