Primary Function   

The USPB Senior Business Management team is optimizing the Private Equity and Hedge Fund business model.  The team is seeking a project manager to drive the operating model and transitions workstreams.  Additionally, the project manager will work with the Senior Business Manager on other projects impacting the US Private Bank, representing the interests of the CEO and front office on diverse initiatives.  This role provides the opportunity to contribute to a transformational program for the US Private Bank and requires significant exposure to Private Banking senior management and Front Office advisors.


  • Partner with the Market Managers of the Hedge Fund and Private Equity business
  • Manage process redesign across diverse teams including client onboarding and servicing
  • Manage timelines, anticipate roadblocks and proactively provide solutions that deliver high-quality and timely results
  • Facilitate workshops and manage meetings with senior level stakeholders
  • Work closely with the Senior Business Manager on projects impacting the client and advisor experience by partnering with program management across diverse business and technology teams on the development and delivery of training, technology and other business development solutions
  • 5+ years of Private Banking experience required, ideally in project management at large financial services organization
  • Experience across diverse private banking functions including sales, product, service and technology
  • Proven expertise with workflow and operating model design
  • Must be highly organized and able to execute on several workstreams concurrently
  • Strategic decision making and problem solving skills required
  • Results-oriented, self-starter – able to identify areas to add value and execute efficiently
  • Professional maturity, strong executive-level communication skills and proven track record in collaborating with diverse stakeholders and influencing change
  • Understand risks, issues, and action items and engage program lead and senior executives as needed
