The Commercial Banking Client On-boarding (CBCO) TS Deal Manager Program Office is responsible for maximizing the value of the TS Deal Manager workflow tool.  TS Deal Manager is an application that supports the global Treasury Services product onboarding process and is used by multiple lines of business across the Bank.
The CBCO TS Deal Manager Program Office is seeking an experienced, process-minded professional with outstanding business sense for the role of TS Deal Manager Project Manager.  As a Project Manager, you will liaise closely with cross line of business global business partners and technology teams in the Agile Project Delivery methodology. 
Core Responsibilities:
  • Deliver quality on-boarding tool enhancements to maximize benefits, efficiency, simplification and overall improvement to client experience
  • Engage the right individuals and groups to drive participation and group consensus
  • Escalate issues with proposed solutions and keep key stakeholders informed of project status
  • Demonstrate creative problem solving and solid judgment decision making
  • Effectively manage multiple projects of varying complexity and understand impacts in book of work 
  • Diligent awareness of risks in our processes
  • Ownership, transparency and escalation of risk issues when they occur in a timely basis 
 
 
Qualifications
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Strong collaboration, facilitation and conflict management skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Adhere to deadlines, organize and prioritize work
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self motivated, results oriented and analytical ability
  • 5 years project experience
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
    Preferred Qualifications: 
  • Experience with the Agile Project Delivery methodology
  • Deep understanding of TS Deal Manager functionality and use by the on-boarding teams, including line of business differences
  • Understanding of Product and Operations interaction with TS Deal Manager and the on-boarding teams.
  • Prior experience in Client On-boarding
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
