The Commercial Banking Client On-boarding (CBCO) TS Deal Manager Program Office is responsible for maximizing the value of the TS Deal Manager workflow tool. TS Deal Manager is an application that supports the global Treasury Services product onboarding process and is used by multiple lines of business across the Bank.
The CBCO TS Deal Manager Program Office is seeking an experienced, process-minded professional with outstanding business sense for the role of TS Deal Manager Project Manager. As a Project Manager, you will liaise closely with cross line of business global business partners and technology teams in the Agile Project Delivery methodology.
Deliver quality on-boarding tool enhancements to maximize benefits, efficiency, simplification and overall improvement to client experience
Engage the right individuals and groups to drive participation and group consensus
Escalate issues with proposed solutions and keep key stakeholders informed of project status
Demonstrate creative problem solving and solid judgment decision making
Effectively manage multiple projects of varying complexity and understand impacts in book of work
Diligent awareness of risks in our processes
Ownership, transparency and escalation of risk issues when they occur in a timely basis
