CTL Commercial -Business Project Management Manager

Job Description

The Business Project Management Manager leads key initiatives and development for Commercial Real Estate Operating System (CREOS) within the CRE Business Execution Team.  This position will partner closely with CRE Strategy, CTL, and CB Information Technology.  The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented leader with the ability to set direction and drive execution in a fast paced environment.  Ideally the candidate will have working knowledge of the CTL Business and have a demonstrated track record of success in IT development. The role offers a high level of visibility into Commercial Real Estate business strategy.   
Key responsibilities include:
  • Directly project manage releases of CREOS and related work to CeLT
  • Directly manage work streams to ensure timely execution and quality releases
  • Key contributor in creating and implementing a culture and process of continuous improvement to CREOS
  • Perform extensive research and identify addressable improvement opportunities using knowledge of the commercial real estate business and CTL process, and CREOS development opportunities
  • Synthesize information and prepare presentation materials to be shared with senior management, functional groups and other relevant stakeholders
  • Partner with subject matter experts and business partners to prioritize, drive and execute system enhancements
  • Assist with the development, implementation and execution of key monthly reports to be presented to senior managers within the Commercial Bank and across the firm
  • Track and clearly communicate the status of all work in progress and in the CREOS backlog
  • Leading demos of the CREOS system to employees of all levels

The final officer title and job grade is at the discretion of the firm and will be discussed at the time of offer.  It may be different than what is listed on the requisition based on candidate experience level. 

  • Minimum of 10 years work experience in IT with increasing responsibility including management
  • Knowledge of Commercial Term Lending or Commercial Real Estate is required
  • Knowledge of CREOS is required
  • Knowledge of Agile/Iterative Software Development is required
  • Project management certification or process improvement/Six Sigma is required
  • Familiarity with internal CTL and CB systems (e.g. CeLT, Strategy, CREAM, Client Central)
  • Master’s degree is preferred
