CTL Processing Manager / Commercial Term Lending (Multi Family & Commercial Real Estate) - Irvine, CA


This position is responsible for managing daily operations for a processing team.  In addition, responsibilities include implementing and carrying out process and procedure with an eye for operational and cost efficiency.  The manager will have full responsibility for staff training and developing bench strength.  The manager will work as a team member with other functional managers from Processing, Sales, Servicing and Underwriting on a regular basis.  The core responsibilities are building relationships with all CTL business partners in an effort to reduce cycle time, strengthen controls, and remain focused on continuous pursuit of operational improvement.


The Operation Manager reports to Manager Sr - CB Operations.


  • College degree preferred.
  • At least 7 - 10+ years’ experience supervising/ managing
  • Manage daily functions and must be able to perform complex tasks in a fast paced changing environment.
  • Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of supported partners through working together on improvement opportunities for shared workflow.
  • Drive initiatives for the management team and organizationally that contribute to long-term operational excellence.
  • Contribute to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the management team.
  • Understanding of Commercial Term Lending (Commercial Real Estate) Products and Process a plus.
  • Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word, outlook, and access.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Knowledge of government regulations as it pertains to residential / commercial lending a plus.
  • Experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management implementing best practices.
  • Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projects or initiatives.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.
  • A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace.
  • Excels at operating in a fast pace, collaborative environment.
  • Excellent people manager, open to direction that maintains a collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done.
  • A demonstrated ability to raise issues of importance.
