Job Description

The Sales Communications Analyst will be responsible for supporting a range of knowledge management and communication activities aimed at spreading awareness and understanding on topics relevant to our B2B sales and relationship management (RM) team members throughout the U.S. The analyst must be someone who can identify issues, gather the facts and recommend solutions while being resourceful about implementing them. The analyst must apply a combination of strategic thinking and creativity about leveraging the right channel, medium and tools to reach our audience. Being super organized, deadline-driven and detail oriented is a must in addition to the ability to build relationships and influence internal partner groups.



  • ·         Keeping SharePoint knowledge archive current and managing its growth as the primary destination for Sales and RM teams
  • ·         Monitoring group inbox and responding to user requests, inquiries and questions with the answers they need or connecting them to subject experts who can help
  • ·         Holding monthly calls to keep stakeholders up to date on SharePoint initiatives that impact them            
  • ·         Following up through meetings, emails, phone calls with various subject matter experts to push “to-do” items on our knowledge agenda forward
  • ·         Publishing and promoting informational webinar topics on a timely basis
  • ·         Enhancing and managing pre- and post- logistical needs related to weekly internal webinar series
  • ·         Scheduling and preparing topics, speakers and presentations for quarterly Sales Operations All Hands meeting
  • ·         Leading daily calls to discuss priorities and status of knowledge management activities
  • ·         Compiling and editing articles and preparing links for monthly bundled communication vehicle
  • ·         Helping maintain slide library content utilized in client-facing presentations
  • ·         Conducting internal audits to ensure standard operating procedures are followed in the various functional areas that team is responsible for
  • ·         3-5 years related experience
  • ·         Solid written and spoken communication skills
  • ·         Creative problem solver
  • ·         Ability to see big picture and able to think critically
  • ·         Super responsive and excellent at follow through
  • ·         Organized and able to work efficiently both independently and in collaboration with others
  • ·         Comfortable communicating on a regular basis to peers and management in a matrix environment
  • ·         Demonstrated ability to get things done and overcome obstacles
