The Marketing Execution Validation (MEV) organization is an independent team that validates components and output from each Marketing Services (MKS) Team against requirements to ensure an inclusive validation is completed prior to release into the Marketplace.  Card Services Acquisition and Portfolio requests must be validated and approved prior to release.  Areas of validation include quality audits for valid values, data field size, data type, format, consistency and code validations which include URL functionality.    The work completed by MEV supports the MKS Strong Control structure, ISTAR reduction, increased quality of creative work and segregation of duties.  The ideal candidate must be a self-starter, self-motivated, self-directed and thrive in a fast-paced and high-visibility work environment. As a Business Process Analyst you will be responsible for partnering with various stakeholder groups in the identification of new audit types, the development of associated business requirements and the creation of process procedures/checklists.  You will also be responsible for conducting validation of various work types (marketing creatives across all channels) prior to release into the Marketplace.  You will be responsible for facilitating dialogue with stakeholders for any work that does not meet the standards established by Card Services Compliance, Marketing Services and Marketing.   In this role, you will be required to lead/participate in the training needed to execute validations for any new regulatory, new partner or product launches.  You are also expected to easily adapt to system enhancements and procedural changes required to conduct validations.  In this fast-paced, dynamic environment, you will have the opportunity to interact with many stakeholders throughout Marketing Services.  This position requires experience working with off-site stakeholders while performing with a high level of accuracy.
  • 4-Yr Bachelor's degree (Strongly Preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of MS-Office with a focus on Excel
  • Excellent computer multi-tasking skills dealing with multiple large files simultaneously
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi-task with excellent attention to detail
  • Must demonstrate strong time management skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize one's own work
  • Must have excellent verbal and written skills being able to communicate effectively on both a technical and business level
  • Excellent work ethic
  • Able to work in a Team environment as well as Individually
  • Speak/read/write Spanish, nice to have
  • Credit card industry experience Strongly Preferred 
  • Knowledge within the digital media space/new technologies Strongly Preferred
