The Business Operations Manager is a member of the Communications and Translation team, which serves the full spectrum of Chase’s Consumer and Community Bank (CCB) operations. This team’s mission includes improving customers’ experiences with Chase by ensuring that all servicing communications are clear, consistent, credible, and reflect the company’s brand through language and tone of voice. This mission to improve customers’ experience also extends to evaluating when and what servicing communications are appropriate and which mechanisms and channels should be used to deliver them.
The Business Operations Manager will focus on supporting the end-to-end Communication process across CCB Operations, as directed by the Center of Excellence, to ensure adherence to the policy and control guidance as defined by the CCB Operations Letters Control Program. The desired candidate must thrive in a fast-paced environment and will be responsible for leading and executing flawlessly against key strategic initiatives and managing complex cross-business projects.
