Marketing Analysis Manager - Portfolio BT

Job Description

As a Marketing Analysis Manager, you will support the Portfolio Utilization Program (Balance Transfers). You will lead a team of analysts to support marketing program strategies, campaign analytics and improve investment efficiency.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducts extensive analytical exercises to support marketing, strategy development, competitive analytics, campaign results and investment decision making
  • Creates volumes forecast for the business across segments and products
  • Understands the nature of the business, including customer behavior, channel strengths and limitations, offer profitability and offer acceptance drivers
  • Applies that knowledge to assist in developing reliable forecasting models
  • Prepares and presents analyses and recommendations frequently in verbal and written form to senior leadership teams and a wide audience

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline required

Preferred Skills:

  • MBA or other graduate degree is a plus
  • Minimum 7+ years of analytical experience in financial services industry, preferably within credit card business
  • Strong analytical, technical and statistical skills; Expert problem-solving skills
  • Expert data visualization/report presentation skills, with experience presenting ideas and concepts to senior business executives
  • Expert with data query tools - SAS and SQL; Expert with MS Office, especially Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
