Channel Marketing Manager

 

This role is responsible for new cardmember acquisition strategy supporting several key Business Units achieve their new account goals.  The job activities include developing, implementing, auditing, analyzing, and reporting on acquisition campaigns.  Key responsibilities include strategic planning, forecasting, building campaigns, tracking performance, and coordinated analysis of performance.  This is a highly collaborative position that requires cross-functional support from Business Unit leadership, Campaign Management, Risk, Finance, Operations, and Analytics. 
 
Description of Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business unit counterparts to establish new account marketing goals and develop strategic and tactical plans to achieve them
  • Develop offer strategies
  • Drive testing discipline and expansion / innovation
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop quarterly investment and annual budget plans for the executive leadership team
  • Review campaign performance and generate recommendations based on learnings, established best practices and competitive landscape
  • Potentially managing external vendors to achieve strategies

 

  • 3-5 years of marketing experience
  • Bachelors degree required, MBA is beneficial
  • Logical, analytic thinker – identifies clear objectives, leverages data to develop a coherent, logical story
  • Strong oral, written communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong Excel and Power Point skills
  • Strong problem solver, self-starter, drive for results, effective at prioritizing and managing multiple complex initiatives concurrently
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
