EM Corporate Research Strategy group is part of the EM Fixed-Income Research platform which is consistently ranked as the top Research team by investors in the asset class. EM Corporate Research Strategy group is responsible for formulation and communication of strategic views on the EM Corporate space using top down and bottoms up approaches. The team is involved in developing trading themes as well as tracking of fundamentals, technicals and various market drivers. Additionally, the team produces periodic research reports, both on a stand alone basis and in collaboration with other Emerging Market products groups.

EM Corporate Research Strategy team is looking for a dynamic, energetic individual with strong attention to detail and multi-tasking ability to assist in all facets of the team's activities. Interaction with clients and colleagues at various levels of the organization will be important components of the role.

A successful candidate will have familiarity with economic data, financial market products, bond math, accounting and a desire to work as part of a research organization. We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, flexible, and detail oriented analyst with strong communication skills.

Essential Skills, Experience, and Qualifications
• Highly motivated team player with exceptional organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Credible understanding of financial market products, bond math, and familiarity with accounting
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability and general understanding of statistics
• Ability to work effectively in a trading floor environment
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelors degree preferably in Economics, Finance, Technology, or related disciplines

Desirable Skills / Experience (optional)
• Practical experience with J.P. Morgan analytical tools and operational infrastructure
• Familiarity with Bloomberg
