The Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Control Team’s primary function is to implement an effective control framework across the CCB organization, looking within and across the lines of business, to identify and remediate control issues with a sense of urgency regardless of the source.  The Team partners with all other control disciplines, adding an additional line of defense supporting Compliance, Risk and Audit, among others.  The Team works in partnership on the development of new, and oversight of existing, control functions and protocols throughout the Firm and provides a centralized view of and from all control functions, assisting in immediate, real time problem detection and escalation.  The OCG-CT partners closely with the Audit and Risk Committees, the Operating Committee, and the Board of Directors of JP Morgan Chase, and all Lines of Business, Legal, Compliance and Technology as well as other groups within the firm.

The Document Services Manager will be responsible delivery of Consent Order related tasks and strategic execution of operations initiatives to support Consent Order requirements. This person will also have oversight for the execution of all Sworn and Other Signed Documents by the execution areas within the Customer Experience Organization. This person will be expected to partner with senior leadership across Auto Finance and Student Lending to align team goals with the strategic objectives of the organization. This person is also responsible for assisting the Sworn Documents Execution Manager in assessing opportunities to improve the control environment and assess opportunities to improve the document execution process to ensure adherence to policy and procedure while mitigating regulatory and legal risks. 
 
Core responsibilities include:
 
·         Delivery of Consent Order related tasks as directed by the Sworn Document Execution Manager.
·         Must be experienced in operations and production management.
·         Oversight for the document fulfillment in execution areas in accordance with compliance requirements for Sworn Document Policy and Procedures. 
·         Facilitates the communication of service expectations.
·         Serving as the primary liaison between operations execution areas and the Sworn Document Workstream.
·         Partnership with process owners to ensure proper updates to and implementation of Sworn Documents procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5+ years experience in operations or production management or related job experience in AF/SL Customer Experience operations job functions.
  • BS or BA Degree Preferred 
  • Expert analytical and consulting skills required.
  • 2 – 3 years experience with State laws and Collateral Management is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Candidate must be articulate, detail oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Project Management skills are preferred.
  • Position requires strong computer skills including moderate proficiency in the use of all Microsoft Office applications.
