The CCB Remediation & Correction Guidelines Administrator will work closely with the other members of the CCB Central Remediation & Correction team to support centralized governance and specialized support to deliver consistent and flawless remediation and correction outcomes to meet the rapidly-evolving federal, state, and other rules that may apply to our highly regulated industry. The role requires significant cross-functional collaboration, including LOB business remediation leads, business control officers, various functional stake holders such as legal, compliance, and consumer practices, and other senior leaders across the organization. The successful candidate must have strong analytical and collaboration skills; strong process and/or control oriented expertise and function as a true “self-starter” and independent worker. This role will be specifically focused on remediation standards and guidelines, program-level communications, general project management, process mapping and analysis, evaluation, scoring, governance, and oversight.
