The purpose of the Green Card process is to verify that a JPMC employee (“Green Card Candidate”) currently living in the US on a temporary work visa (H-1B) should qualify for US Permanent Residency.  In order to verify this, JPMC must conduct a time-sensitive Labor Market Test to confirm there is no US citizen or Permanent Resident who is more qualified for the Green Card Candidate’s current job.   
As the Green Card Administrator you will be responsible to:  
  • Communicate with outside law partners
  • Create requisitions in Taleo
  • Maintain data in Taleo Recruiting Center throughout staffing process
  • Complete review of each  candidate’s resume against the Taleo prescreening questions
  • Track candidate prescreening questions by means of Excel
  • Move candidate to the To be screened by Hiring Manager step in Taleo
  • Set up phone interviews between candidate and hiring manager
  • Communicate with all levels of management on process and provide guidance when needed
  • Communicate with support teams such as Immigration, Talent Reassignment, and the HR Solutions Team
  • Schedule interviews (coordinate with candidate, hiring manager, recruiter, etc.) as needed
  • Maintain a working knowledge of recruiting procedures and policies; transfer knowledge to entire Staffing Coordinator team
  • Generate reports as needed
  • Work with various HR towers to support specific projects, reporting or HR efforts as needed
  • Undergraduate degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • Ideal candidate brings at least one year of HR recruiting experience
  • Strong organizational skills/detail oriented required
  • Reporting/Project Analyst skills preferred
  • Taleo Recruiting Center, HR Profile and/or PeopleSoft experience preferred
  • Proven ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, will interact with all levels of candidates and employees/management
