The Process Manager is responsible for serving as the primary liaison between mortgage sales management and mortgage operations management.
This position will ensure that all aspects of the loan processing/sales functions are on track for a successful customer experience. The PM will monitors customer loans in pipeline and serves as a triage between Sales, Operations, and Underwriting management. This position meets regularly with Sales and Operations to discuss pipeline health, identify issues, and assist in developing the best course of action to improve performance. Position will also lead daily, weekly, or monthly pipeline reviews (as required) to identify files that are stalled and assist with escalation and recommend appropriate action.
The Process Manager will be an escalation point for loan issues when all other options have been exhausted. The PM will need to determine the best course of action, often coordinating between Regional Sales Managers, Sr. Lending Managers, Lending Managers, and Operations to resolve issues.
PM will meet regularly with sales parterres, representing MB operations in Sales Rallies, Sales Business reviews, projects and the like. Travel is estimated at 30%
