As a Transaction Processing Supervisor in the CIS Chicago Lockbox within the Government Processing Division of Receivables Operations, you will be responsible for:  Overseeing daily workflow of specific workgroups and/or segments of the Data Entry Workflow Process; Effectively focusing on process management with an emphasis on high quality service and productivity by utilizing service improvement tools and methodologies; Providing guidance and development of the Team Leaders and Operations team members while creating a highly engaged environment; Ensuring that all customer and bank guidelines are followed as they relate to operations, internal audit and security, and general management practices; Handling complex customer relationships with a strong emphasis on process management and total quality; and Effectively utilizing teamwork and leadership behaviors. 


As a Transaction Processing Supervisor you will:

  • Be responsible for direct supervision of a minimum of 2 employees including assigning and setting workflow priorities
  • Be responsible for training and development and conducting performance reviews, as well as salary recommendations
  • Monitor daily performance against established metrics.
  • Minimum 2 years supervisory/management experience, preferably in a Lockbox production environment
  • Ability to lead, direct, and be visible to staff and direct reports
  • Effective handling of multiple deadline driven processes.  This requires the demonstrated ability to multitask and balance numerous activities simultaneously
  • Solid PC skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are a must
  • Effectively interact with all diverse groups within the organization
  • Strong planning/organization, problem solving, analytical, team building, and interpersonal skills are essential
  • Bachelor's degree in a business related discipline is preferred
  • Ability to cover for other shifts and work occasional weekends as needed
  • May require occasional travel
Days/Hours:  Monday-Friday / 7am - 3:30pm
Location:  Chicago, IL (Citadel Center)
Government Security Clearance will be required. This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Fingerprints

  • Employment history
  • Proof of legal U.S. residence for 7 years
