As a Transaction Processing Supervisor in the CIS Chicago Lockbox within the Government Processing Division of Receivables Operations, you will be responsible for: Overseeing daily workflow of specific workgroups and/or segments of the Data Entry Workflow Process; Effectively focusing on process management with an emphasis on high quality service and productivity by utilizing service improvement tools and methodologies; Providing guidance and development of the Team Leaders and Operations team members while creating a highly engaged environment; Ensuring that all customer and bank guidelines are followed as they relate to operations, internal audit and security, and general management practices; Handling complex customer relationships with a strong emphasis on process management and total quality; and Effectively utilizing teamwork and leadership behaviors.
As a Transaction Processing Supervisor you will:
Be responsible for direct supervision of a minimum of 2 employees including assigning and setting workflow priorities
Be responsible for training and development and conducting performance reviews, as well as salary recommendations
Monitor daily performance against established metrics.
Days/Hours: Monday-Friday / 7am - 3:30pm
Location: Chicago, IL (Citadel Center)
