Within the CIB – Agency Clearing and Collateral Management (ACCE) is the internal name of JP Morgan’s global exchange traded futures and options, OTC Clearing and brokerage business. ACCE provides client’s access to exchange traded listed derivatives globally.  It acts solely as the client’s agent on brokerage transactions, and never as the principal.  Services include:

·         Developing trade ideas and portfolio management strategies in derivatives markets

·         Identifying relative value between and among derivative and cash instruments

·         Quantifying the risks and profit opportunities of trades involving futures and options;

·         Executing client trades for Fixed Income, Money Market, Foreign Exchange, Commodity and Equity futures and options on global derivatives exchanges

·         Clearing and settling futures and options transactions

·         Posting the margins required by exchanges, using cash or securities in ways most convenient to the client

·         Providing operational information about client transactions in flexible and responsive electronic or paper format

 

Team Description:

The ACCE DCO Commercial Control Change Team sits within Derivatives Clearing Operations.   The team has a presence in London, Chicago and Singapore and is comprised of project and operations work.   The ACCE DCO Commercial Control Change Team is responsible for managing the implementation of change driven by both internal and external changes for the Americas region and globally.   

Role Description:

·         Analyst working on the delivery of new initiatives for the Global Derivatives Clearing in support of the ACCE Business

·         Role encompasses business analysis to identify, assess and articulate near-term business needs coupled with small-scale project management

·         The candidate must be able to demonstrate the following:

    • Effectively translating business requirements into value-added, comprehensive solutions using appropriate processes, procedures and technology.
    • Team work across a global team to ensure on-time delivery
    • Ability to conduct impact analysis of proposed solutions across the various operational and front office teams
    • Coordination of testing and tracking issues to resolution.
    • Ability to facilitate the implementation of new functionality through training sessions, demos, and the development of training material.

 

Qualifications:

·         Experienced analyst who is extremely detailed oriented and control minded

·         Self-starter who can independently manage their own workload

  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrates proactive communication with global and local stakeholders
  • Prefer at least 2 years of business and business analysis experience
  • Advanced knowledge of excel

 

Desired Skills

  • Working experience with F&O and OTC Derivatives products
